Carolyn Roy and Lizzie Le Quesne are London-based independent dance artist with shared interests in somatic practice as performance: courage, openness and positing the sentient body as perceiver internationally as well as working with other artists including Gaby Agis, Rosemary Lee, Florence Peake, Tino Sehgal. We are both heartbroken by the prospect of Brexit. Reeling is a quiet, intense, cyclical dance - of waiting, impulse, attention, change, communion, fracturing, shifting, individual and joint, inward, response, being with a radical use of somatic sensitivity.
